Keystone.outbrain.com is a platform by Outbrain that helps digital publishers better manage site real estate, prioritize business needs, and optimize revenue across diversified KPIs. I was responsible for creating appealing visual elements for their website, including developing engaging landing page animations and designing custom icons. My animations helped enhance user experience and effectively communicate the platform's features while maintaining the brand's visual identity.

Challenge

The client had specific requirements regarding what content should be displayed on the hero's mobile screen image, which necessitated multiple revisions to the 3D animation. Rather than simply implementing requested changes, we took a proactive approach by suggesting alternative creative solutions, such as having profile elements extend beyond the screen boundaries for a more dynamic visual effect.

Result

The animations successfully incorporated the brand's distinctive "+" shape motif while maintaining a unique character, particularly in the opening animation. This approach created visual consistency with the brand identity while delivering engaging interactive elements.
